NO°7 is our espresso. The AA Bourbon beans from NO°5 also form the basis here. The espresso beans develop their flavour optimally in an espresso brew or even an automatic machine. Due to the slightly longer roasting of the beans, the acidity of the espresso only plays very gently in the background; at the same time, the sweetness of the full body and the chocolate-nutty taste of the coffee are enhanced by the more pronounced roasting aromas.
