Parties to the Agreement
The “purchaser” is a natural person, who mainly acts outside his professional activity and enters a legally binding agreement with Kifaru Coffee Aps for the purchase and supply of specific goods, through the placement of a specific order.
Kifaru Coffee ApS hereinafter denotes both a natural and a legal person who enter a binding agreement for the sale and shipment of the goods offered and ordered on its website, in the context of an order.

All prices are day prices and are only valid on the day of the order. Therefore, price changes are possible.

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) and can only be read by PBS. Thus, no one else can view or store you information. When purchasing with Dankort of credit card, the amount due will be debited from your account as soon as Kifaru Coffe Aps has received your order. A higher amount than that approved by you at the time of purchase, can never be debited.
Risk of accidental destruction or impairment:
The risk of accidental destruction or damage of the ordered goods only passes over to the buyer with their delivery to the buyer’s possession.
Kifaru Coffee ApS grants a two-year right of complaint in accordance with the applicable sales law. As a result, depending on the situation, you can either exchange defective goods, get your money back or receive a discount. Of course, your complaint must be justified and the defect complained about must not have resulted from improper use of the good or any other damaging behavior.
However, the right of complaint is limited to the expiry date indicated on the individual coffee pack.
You must inform us within a “reasonable period” that you have discovered a defect. Reclamations are deemed to be timely, if with regards to the time-limit, they have been raised within two months after the awareness of the defect.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will of course reimburse the (appropriate) shipping costs incurred by you.

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible when returning your goods and indicate on request what the defect is. Note: We do not accept returned goods without prior agreement. Please send us an e-mail before returning the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In connection with your complaint, please also send Kifaru Coffee ApS your invoice.
Attention! We do not accept cash on delivery or parcels sent by similar means.
Please remember that you must always return goods in appropriate packaging and with the deposit receipt so that we can refund your shipping costs.
Right of Revocation:
After your purchase on Kifarucoffee.com you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day you receive your goods. You must inform us of your revocation no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The goods must then must have been received by us within 14 days after the day of revocation.
You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if you return the goods in the same condition and quantity in which you received them. If you use the goods in a way that significantly reduces their retail value, the refund will be based on the newly estimated resale value.
Goods returned unstamped or via cash on delivery will not be accepted. Please send the product with traceability option. You must pack the goods appropriately and enclose a copy of the invoice. Please also indicate that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal and consequently receive a refund of the purchase price.
These return conditions apply to all goods sold to private individuals at a distance, but not to sales to companies.
We recommend that you return the item as a parcel, as the item is then insured and can be tracked. In the event that returns are sent as a letter or by another uninsured method and do not arrive at Kifaru Coffee ApS, Kifaru Coffee ApS cannot be held liable at any time and will not make any refunds.
If you cancel your purchase, we will of course refund the purchase price paid to us. Once we have received the returned goods and determined that they meet the cancellation conditions, we will refund the purchase price to your credit card used for payment or transfer it to your bank account.
You will only be charged the postage costs for the return shipment.

Kifaru Coffee ApS reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website at any time. It is therefore important that you inform yourself regularly about any changes.
Unless stated otherwise, deliveries are made within 3-4 working days.
The misuse of KifaruCoffee.com will result in an immediate criminal charge.
